The settings have been reorganized and consolidated into distinct Usages for improved clarity and manageability.

Transfer rules

Description

Transfer

Enable or disable the Transfer feature for this ticket. When OFF, all other transfer-related settings are ignored, and the ticket cannot be transferred.

Transfer after activation

Enable or disable the ability to transfer tickets after the ticket is activated.

Transfer after

Enable or disable the ability to transfer tickets after the ticket is checked.

Enable or disable the ability to transfer tickets after the ticket is controlled.

Maximum number of transfers allowed

Allowed values: [1; 256]

Set the maximum number of times a ticket can be transferred. Once this limit is reached, the ticket can no longer be transferred.

  • The previous use of 0, which resulted in no transfers being allowed, has been deprecated. The minimum allowed number of transfers is now 1.

  • Similarly, the use of -1 to disable the transfer limit has also been deprecated. It has been replaced by a hard cap of 256 transfers per ticket.

Transfer Backward

Define how a ticket transferred back to its sender will be computed against the transfer level.

  • NEUTRAL (free return): the backward transfer has NO impact on the transfer level (it remains the same)

  • DECREASE (free return + initial transfer ignored): the backward transfer has a RESTORATIVE impact on the transfer level, meaning that once successfully returned, the transfer level is decreased by one

  • INCREASE (paid return) : the backward transfer has a PEJORATIVE impact on the transfer level, meaning that once successfully returned, the transfer level is increased by

    • Enforced for injected tickets only (Only spectators who receive a ticket directly from the ticketing system are required to keep at least one ticket in their app)

    Enable or disable the S-360 Ticket Resale feature for this ticket.

    Options available:

    • DISABLED (resale disabled),

    • ENABLED (resale open to all owners),

    • RESTRICTED (resale open to initial owner only).

    Note

    In S-360, only Cultural Contacts are allowed to resell or exchange tickets. As a result, the Usage Rule settings will not impact S-360's behavior but will solely control the visibility of the respective buttons on the mobile app.
