Closure with an operator
Die Grundannahme in SecuTix ist, dass der Kassierer*In sich in der Position einer Bringschuld befindet. Beim Kassenabschluss erwartet das System also die Eingabe des gesamten Inhalts der Kasse und stellt dies den getätigten Buchungen gegenüber.
Sofern keine Eingabe in den Untermenüs erfolgt, wird die Kasse mit dem Status "Fehler" abgeschlossen & die gesamten Einnahmen als Fehlbetrag aufgeführt. The basic assumption in SecuTix is that the box office operator is in the position of a debtor. When closing the cash register, the system expects the entire content of the cash register to be entered and compares this with the bookings made.
As soon as no data is entered in the menu below, the cash desk will be closed with an "Error" status and all the takings incomes will be displayed as wrong amounts.

Identifikation

In this menu, all the bookings that have generated a receipt are listed and can thus be assigned to the corresponding booking. This is usually the receipt of the EC terminal. The receipt is the "identification".
Die Gesamtzahl der Elemente im Menü "Mit Identifikation" sollte als der Gesamtanzahl der sich in der Kassenschublade befindlichen Belege entsprechen.
The total number of the elements in "With identification" must correspond to the total number of receipts in the cash drawer.

Without Identifikation
Hier werden Buchungen aufgelistet, die Belege erfordern, die jedoch frei sind, also ohne direkten Bezug zu einer Buchung. Dies können z.B. Aktions-Voucher oder Alt-Gutscheine sein.
The bookings that require a receipt but that are free, that means, without direct relation to with a booking are listed here. These could be promotional vouchers or old vouchers, for example.

In diesem Screen werden alle Kassen angezeigt, die dem jeweiligen "Kassenadministrator" untergeordnet sind. Verschieden Filter blenden z.B. diejenigen Kassen per default aus, die bereits den Status "Abschluss Buchhaltung" haben.
On this screen, all the cash desks allocated to the "box office administrator" are displayed. Different filters mask per default, for example, the cash desks with status "Closed for accounting".
Dieser Screen dient zur Übersicht der Kassen & Gegenkontrolle, nachdem der Mitarbeiter seine persönliche Kasse abgeschlossen hat.
This screen serves as an overview of the cash desks and a cross-checking after the operator has closed their cash desk.
Abschluss durch Buchhaltung Closure by the accounting
Erst wenn der Kassenabschluss an die Buchhaltung übergeben wurde, werden die Umsätze auch tatsächlich verbucht
Only when the cash statement has been transferred to the accounting department the sales are actually registered.
WICHTIG → Einnahmen werden beim Buchhaltungsexport erst übergeben, nachdem die Buchhaltung abgeschlossen ist !!
IMPORTANT → The revenues are only transferred in the accounting export after the accounting has been completed!
Die endgültige Freigabe und Übertragung an die Buchhaltung wird durch den "Supervisor" oder "Administrator" durchgeführt.
The definitve validation and transfer to the accounting is made by the "supervisor" or the "administrator".
Der Supervisor kann sich den entsprechenden Kassenabschluss anzeigen lassen:

- select the wished lines
- Buchhaltung abschließen
- carry out the accounting closure
- Daten überprüfen und eingeben
- Check and enter the date
- Freigabe (Haken setzen und Kasse abschließen)
- Validate (mark the checkbox and close the cash desk)
