Make sure that the requested URL is available (not used for current site) and that the domain name belongs to the client.
The client provides us with SSL certificate for the desired URLs. (Example : certificat for Anchor_GoBack_GoBackticketing.museemosa.fr)
For information, a certificate may be suitable for multiple URLs (also multi domains).
A  wildcard  certificate is suitable for all subdomains. Example : *.ticketing.museemosa.fr
Optionally, SecuTix can deliver the certificate.

Please modify the following cname in the DNS of your domain :

New desired URL1 IN CNAME Institution_Code.shop.secutix.com.
New desired URL2 IN CNAME Institution_Code.shop.secutix.com.
…

Example :
ticketing.museemosa.fr. IN CNAME mosa.shop.secutix.com.

DO NOT FORGET to put the point after mosa.shop.secutix.com.
Then create a service ticket Kayako when it's done.
