Introduction

This service support to import the Memberships sales information.

The result after execution of this service are: The sales information for Membership (order, file, payment) and the membership tickets, shipments will be inserted.

What you need is providing the information like the file format in the next part.

supports the import of existing memberships. They will be imported as sales and will be valid until the imported end date. Historical memberships can also be imported using this service.

Prerequisites

To be able to import memberships, you need following tasks to be finished

• The contacts must have been created or imported
• The seasons must exist
• The membership products must be configured, especially the code of these will be used in the import file.
• The tariffs must be configured. They must be valid for Occasional contact or any invited audience category and for the given season.
• The VAT rates must be defined for the full period covered by imported data
