You'll be able to define a status (open, close, archived...), the communication medium and whether you were the one contacting the contact ("direction out") or the contact reached out to you ("direction in").     Within the vertical menu, you can also find the four main records of a contact:

    • Financial history: Set of payments made by the contact.
