Fixed seat season ticket for live entertainment (Fest Abo)

S-360

already provides the possibility for a season ticket holder to keep the same seat across the whole season if all the performances contained in the season ticket use the same logical configuration. The Fest Abo pushes the "fixed seat" logic one step further by guaranteeing the same seat across several logical configurations belonging to the same physical configuration. This new logic has also been implemented in the season ticket renewal process and the management of the preferred seat.

now manages experience vouchers that can be directly redeemed with a ticketing product (events and open passes) without any payment process, thus providing a user experience better suited to a gifting process

After setting aside the 'Analytics' features of TIXNGO for way too long, we are pleased to introduce two new reports :

  • Tickets injection monthly report
    • Event ticket ownership report

    ways to create events

    To improve injection efficiency and performance, we are introducing a new approach to event creation, decoupling it from ticket injection. This change eliminates the issue of redundant event information being sent repeatedly without updates in TIXNGO.

    Pick-Pay-Print all in 1 device. Allow for an operator to go in the queue, to pick the ticket for the customer direction in the terminal, pay the ticket in the terminal and then print the qr code similarly as a receipt ticket to be used directly at the gate
