In "point of sales" configuration, if the function "Mass Printing" (bulk printing/download) is enabled (either "By Product" or "By File"), a new option "Use mobile ticket if possible" is now available.

When this new option is enabled on the corresponding point of sales, after finished order and when printing tickets by "Mass Printing"/downloading tickets in bulk, tickets will be printed in MOBILE mobile format, if possible. PDF format will be used, if MOBILE the mobile format does is not available.
In the confirmation email, operator could configure an additional URL (follow Download can be configure to download tickets directly from an the email) .

This new additional url can be set to the hyperlink where you need the mobile ticket link.
With that document configuration, contacts will receive this email after paying for their tickets with shipment mode "Electronic"
Clicking By clicking on that URL, contacts your customer will be able to see his tickets that where bought in MOBILE mobile format:.
