As of Allalin V1, please be aware of the following limitations:

  • On the Ticketshop, it is currently not possible for a client to know the remaining amount of their vouchers. This will be possible in Allalin V2.
  • On the BoxOffice, the only place to see the remaining amount of a voucher is in the "voucher management" reporting domain. Other ways of getting it will be implemented in the future.
