Relance des contacts ayant un paiement échoué (expiration de l'alias) 

Le paiement par alias est une fonctionnalité très utile dans SecuTix, en effet vos contacts ont la possibilité d'enregistrer des cartes de crédit dans leur espace personnel. Ces alias peuvent ensuite être utilisés afin de faire des paiements automatiques simplement au moyen de batches leur permettant ainsi d'obtenir un billet très facilement. Voir la fonction de vente automatique introduite dans Piz Bernina V1.

Ceci étant, il devient important de pouvoir relancer les contacts ayant des paiement qui ont échoués en raison d'une carte de crédit qui n'est plus valable par exemple. Les relances permettent ainsi de demander à vos contacts de mettre à jour les informations de facturation sur leur espace personnel.

Une nouvelle requête prédéfinie a été mise à disposition dans SAM afin de pouvoir très facilement retrouver les contacts dans cette situation:

This being the case, it's important to be able to reactivate contacts whose payments have failed, for example, because their credit card has expired. Reactivation allows you to ask your contacts to update their billing information in their personal area.

 

There is now a new predefined query in SAM so that you can effortlessly retrieve contacts who fall into this category:
