 The promoter/producer model is the ability for a promoter to set-up and sell his own products in SecuTix. The development of this feature has started in Gabelhorn V1 and continues in Allalin. Thanks to the improvements brought in Allalin V3, you will be able to set-up a single sales channel on which your partners may only sell their own products.

Solution

A promoter/producer may only see the contacts who have bought one of the products he's responsible of. If the logged in operator works for a promoter, the list of displayed contacts is filtered automatically.This filtering concerns the box office. An operator working for a promoter will be allowed to sell or book the products that may be seen by that promoter, either because it's the main promoter of the product or the additional promoter.An operator working for the organisation/institution can sell all products. For both kinds of operators, the list of salable products is still filtered by the product profile or activity profile linked to the concerned sales channel.
