Two modifications of the existing features in the online seat map have been carried out. The main purpose is to improve the user experience. The comparison step, available when selecting a block in the first step of the seat selection, is now optional. Another simplification is the rate modification of a selected seat no longer requires an explicit confirmation of the user by pressing an update button.
Optional comparison
In some cases, the simplification of the customer journey is privileged. A new option enabling the comparison blocks to be made optional in the logical configuration screens has been added. This can be configured in the visualization options of the logical configuration, and is applied only when such visualisation svg file is setup. When the comparison is disabled, information of a block is displayed by hovering over the polygon. Clicking on a block starts the second part of the process: the selection of a seat within the block.

Simplified rate modifications
The rate modification of a selected seat has been improved. The action is now taken into account immediately when selecting the new rate in the drop-down menu. The explicit update button has been removed.
