There is an update available for the SecuTix Firefox kit, which includes a new way to manage communication between your box office and peripherals – printers, payment terminals and cash drawers. This is the 'Device Manager' installed with Firefox, which now controls box office peripherals. It replaces the applets, which are now discontinued.

If you haven't installed the latest version, please see How to install the SecuTix kit (Firefox and Device Manager)Since release Whymper V1, SAM (SecuTix Audience Management) filters out automatically all contacts that refuse explicitly marketing communication (except if the campaign contains only "operational" (and non-marketing) information directly related to contractual obligations towards the customers, for instance informing them about major changes affecting an event for which they ave purchased tickets).

In order to be fully compliant with GDPR regulations, release Whymper V3 of SAM will filter out automatically all contacts that didn't give their explicit consent. As a result, as of mid-November 2018,, contacts who haven't provided any consent information (neither positive nor negative) won't receive your marketing campaigns anymore.
