New features
Onsite sales
- The Cart Without Map screen of the Quick Sales module has been improved for operational efficiency: all matches/performances of the same competition/event can be sold at the same time, block/contingent can be made fully automatic and contact details are easily accessible.
Back-office
- The documents (invoice, file summary, order summary, order receipt) have been adapted to display the correct VAT amount per VAT rate in case of a refund of a match inside a championship season ticket. This improvement also concerns the full refund of a championship season ticket after one or more matches have been refunded. The layout of the VAT section will be further improved in later releases.
- (Tournament platform) Contingent of type "Taget group" can be configured for each operator as a Bank contingent, not available for sales but which can be used a quota reserve.
Online sales
- The resale platform has been extended: with the new seat release mode, the users of the resale platform can select the tariff they want independently from the original ticket tariff. Read more
- To ease ticket distribution and fulfil legal or security requirements, ticket holder data should be entered promptly before a match occurs. You can now define the number of hours prior to the event date up until the ticket holder data needs to be entered, at the level of a Logical Seat Category level. This new deadline won't have any impact on the live sales and the check-out process, but it will be enforced on already bought tickets: it won't be possible to update the ticket holders' details when the deadline is exceeded (including when importing ticket holders in bulk via a batch)
