During the distribution process, users may want to control when ticket are available on the phones of the recipient or on the contrary want to defer the injection to the phone of tickets they have not yet distributed. Allowing users to easily move tickets from one shipment mode to another makes it much easier for them to control when tickets are made available.
Solution
A directional link between two shipment modes can be configured to define a flow between two or more shipment modes. This was designed to provide a mean for users of the distribution portal to control when tickets get injected into TIXNGO. However, the actual flow between shipment modes can be defined in a flexible way.

In the shipment mode configuration, Parameter tab, define the target of the switch and it's name.
For example, from a specific shipment mode, which would not trigger the injection to TIXNGO, target the shipment mode "Inject to TIXNGO" and name that action "Send to phone".
