The screen configuration gives you the opportunity to define the information requested in your different form.
You can customize those forms globally by modifying the information initially setup when Screen name = all and Sales channel = Default for organization
Then you can also apply specific rules on a particular sales channel, by selecting it in the dropdown and clicking on Search.
If the result is empty, clicking on 
will apply the configuration set at general level for your particular sales channel (respecting specificities, i.e. only B2B forms if this sales channel is a B2B sales channel), for you to modify at sales channel level. Thus you could have a global rule + a specific rule for your B2B sales channel
If the result is not empty, it means you already have a specific set for the selected sales channel. You can 
if you want to reset, or you can just modify what you want to modify.
