When you create/modify a shipment mode, you have possibility to customize its behavior:

1 | is this shipment mode applicable to tickets / documents? (some are predefined, like "e-mail" type) |
2 | No = it will onnly be available to customers living in the country of the organization Yes = available to customers outside of the country of the organization Any = available to both domestic and international customers * By zone = select a Delivery Zone for which this shipment is allowed |
3 | Configure availability of shipment mode depending on the number of days before the product. This is relevant for delivery by post where you'd prefer to hide this shipment mode when getting too close to the event date. |

* "International" parameter for "By Hand" types must be set to "any" if you want to sell tickets for unnumbered seatmaps from screen Sales > Quick Sales > Without map
