General
When you create an operator, five fields are mandatory: first name, last name, login, password (including confirmation). Other fields are for information only or internal needs.
→ Save, then assign Roles to the operator such as defined in the profiles.
When 2FA (two factor authentication) is active other steps become mandatory.

Roles
In this screen you assign privileges to the operator that must have been previously defined in Operator Profiles (Institution).
You can set up Start Dates and End Dates for each role (for temporary staff for example).
If you set up the end date to be 2 December, then the actual end will be the 11 December at 23:59.
→ When clicking on a an assgined role, in Privilege exceptions, you can grant/remove specific rights to the operator and thus make exceptions to the profile assigned.

If your role is a sales one, you'll also see a Perimeter exceptions menu, where you can furthermore review/limit the access to other features/options, such as contingents, audience types, etc.

Responsibility
In Responsibility this screenyou can set some hierarchy among your operators. If an operator is responsible for others, it means he/she will be ultimately accountable for their accounting cash desk closure (if any): see more information here Operator Cash desk closure
