This page gives an overview of how to create a new user account on Backoffice and the access permission of each role.

How to create a new account:
- Click use icon in the top bar and choose manage account
- Fill out the email, password (for a new account), role, and confirm your action by clicking "Create"
Delete an existing account:
- As an admin user, you have the privilege to delete an existing account.
- By clicking a trash icon, you can proceed with deleting. No more actions will be needed.
Privileges for each role:
Pre defined privileges:
- Read privileges means ability to view a given page or a given information on the Backoffice
- Create privileges means ability to create a new information on the Backoffice.
Example: create a new single ticket, create a new notification campaign... - Update privileges means ability to update an existing information on the Backoffice.
Example: update ticket details, update event details... - Delete privileges means ability to delete an existing information on the Backoffice.
Example: delete a ticket - Search privileges means ability to execute a search on the Backoffice
Example: search for a ticket ID, a spectator... - Export privileges means ability to export data from Backoffice
Example: export data from Ticket list page - Execute privileges: ability to execute an action
Example: resend communications...
Pre defined roles:
- ADMIN (AU): has all the privileges listed below.
- SUPPORT (SU): has some limited privileges listed below (mostly read privileges) + Delete Sessions (logout of the spectator).
- BASIC (BU): has all SU privileges + Delete ticket.
- MODERATOR (Mod): has all BU privileges + Notification Campaigns
- TIXNGO_SUPPORT (TS): has all AU privileges listed below except organizer profile/ API key and create new account
