This ticket list page gives organizers an overview of their all tickets that have been injected into the TIXnGO TIXNGO system in real-time.
Ticket list by default is ordered by injection time, meaning newly injected tickets will be displayed first.

- Organizers can search by ticket ID, barcode, event ID, event name, file ID, tax number, spectator email, spectator name or filter by blockchain status, activation status, validity, ticket status.

- Under action column, you can delete a ticket by clicking the delete icon.
- Delete reason is required for any delete action on TnGTIXNGO
- Organizer can also choose to either show the deleted ticket on spectator’s app or not

- Organizer (AU- & BU) has the ability to transfer ticket to another spectator with functionality below.
- The transfering on BO Backoffice will be executed regardless of previous ticket transfer rules.
- Controlled or deleted tickets or tickets of expired event can't be transfered via BOBackoffice
Steps:
- Click on the send button to open the dialog
- Provide the destinated email and mandatory reason for the transfer
- Confirm executing the transfer
