In this page, you'll find the basics about ticket statuses in TIXNGO and what they represent from the organizer's point of view as well as the spectator's point of view. |
What are the available status ?
In TIXNGO, we support 23 different status to ensure that at any time (before, during and after an event), an organizer is able to know where a ticket is and who is its owner.

| Initial delivery | INJECTED | The ticket has been inserted into TIXnGO, but the spectator does not have it in his app yet. | Not visible |
| Initial delivery | DOWNLOADED | The ticket is in the wallet of the spectator. | Visible in the My Tickets screen. |
| Initial delivery | ASSIGNED | The ticket has been assigned to a guest from the app, by entering basic informations (for example: first name, last name). | Visible in the My Tickets screen. Basic info are visible on the ticket details |
| Transfer | PENDING_TRANSFER PENDING (legacy) | The ticket is on the move from one spectator to another. Until transfer completion, the ticket remains in the wallet of the sender.

For the spectator receiving the transfer (the recipient) : Not visible yet in the My Tickets screen. |
| Transfer | FAILURE_TRANSFER | The ticket is not on the move anymore. The transfer either failed, was rejected by the recipient or cancelled by the sender.

For the recipient : Not visible in the My Tickets screen. |
