With the increasing usage of the platform, we noticed that exporting large CSV files was suboptimal. This issue has been particularly noticeable when the export contains numerous rows, leading to a system bottleneck. Back-Office users faced a perpetually disabled export button, with the message "Preparing data" lingering indefinitely, without any updates on the status of the export file generation or download.

Export initiation
Initiating an export is as simple as clicking the 'Export' button. Upon doing so, a new popup will appear, offering two convenient options: You can either proceed directly to the new Downloads screen to monitor your export, or close the popup and carry on with your tasks in the back-office uninterrupted.
