By default, SecuTix guarantees to each client a combined base access rate across all client’s ticketshops measured in ACS (see Glossary glossary below). However, in certain cases such as peak periods or high-intensity sales, this standard access rate might be insufficient to meet the client’s business needs.

The PeakProtect+ base package is designed to support a greater number of concurrent users on ticket shop portals, both on a permanent basis and during pre-scheduled sales, at an accelerated rate. Specifically, it includes:
A permanent boosted permanent boosted base rate of 3 ACS, shared across all client’s ticket shops. Sales of all product types are supported at this rate.
Three scheduled sales (see glossary below), to be utilized within a year. For simple products (see glossary below), the option to increase from the base rate to 6 ACS during these scheduled sales.
The option to purchase the MAX option as defined below.
The base package is purchased for a one year period.
Scheduled sales must be announced 7 calendar days before sales opening. All boosted access rate are guaranteed five minutes after sales opening.

A scaled-up infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance.
Access to a dedicated team of SecuTix experts for analyzing, preparing, and monitoring the sale event.
For simple products, a guaranteed sales rate of 10 ACS.
The guaranteed sales rate serves as a minimum benchmark and is reached five minutes after the sale opening. Depending on the specifics of the planned sale, higher throughput may be achievable.
Each MAX sale must be announced at least 7 calendar days before sales opening and can have a maximum duration of 3 days.
Only clients who have purchased PeakProtect+ Base package are eligible for the MAX option.
Should SecuTix fail to achieve or sustain the MAX option rate as described, the client is entitled to a refund equivalent to the MAX option price.
