Fixed seat season ticket for live entertainment (Fest Abo)

S-360 already provides the possibility for a season ticket holder to keep the same seat across the whole season if all the performances contained in the season ticket use the same logical configuration. The Fest Abo pushes the "fixed seat" logic one step further by guaranteeing the same seat across several logical configurations belonging to the same physical configuration. This new logic has also been implemented in the season ticket renewal process and the management of the preferred seat

Allocation & distribution cart

Offer a brand new distribution experience to your partners and commercial affiliates! Introducing the distribution cart, which allows users to first allocate tickets to guests and later on to validate it and complete the distribution.

Crowdin translations versioning

By introducing the sync and versioning of Crowdin translations directly from the TIXNGO back-office, you now have access to an easy and convenient way to switch from one translation set to another, without the need for a new build.

S-PAY+

Pick-Pay-Print all in 1 device. Allow for an operator to go in the queue, to pick the ticket for the customer direction in the terminal, pay the ticket in the terminal and then print the qr code similarly as a receipt ticket to be used directly at the gate

Open Banking

Open banking allows customers to directly pay from their bank through an account-to-account payment that makes for a user-friendly, secure and cost-effective payment experience.
When a customer chooses to pay with Open Banking, they will automatically be presented with the most fitting authentication method - which may vary from QR code to bank portal log-in or application switch, depending on their bank and country.
