Now it is feasible for a Structure relay user on B2B (or Agency) portal to assign ticket owner for multiple distributing tickets at once.
Solution
A new possibility to copy ticket owner information on all tickets in a given product.
How to get started
This new option is enabled in physical printing page of Distribution section of B2B and B2B2C portals:
- Click on the check-box to copy information of the first ticket to the remaining ones
- User is still able to modify each ticket's information
- In order to clear all, user clears the first ticket's information and click the check box again to clear all others' information
