Modify elements at match level. More details below at section Edit Multi-performances | Access the unnumbered area management screen to manage contingents and categories. External resellers : for the cases of asynchronous resellers (usually just the few that don't want to use Real Time Interface with SecuTix), this screen allows you to process export of contingent and sales reintegration directly from this screen instead of having to do it from Organisation | Tools | List of interfaces. Note that those actions will be performed for all the setup and not only the match

Remove map cache : used when the changes you performed in the physical configuration do not appear yet, removing the map cache will reset the information stored from the seatmap and reload it.
b) View Anchor View View 
This sets the view filter you apply on your seatmap. The default view is always Category + Contingent, where the center of the seats is colored with Category color and the border are using Contingent color.
But you can choose apply lots of other view filters, among them the Controlled tickets view when your access control system provides feedback into SecuTix.
State markers are to give you visual indications about Sold

Row number will add the row numbering on top of the seat number for each seat

Filtered seat number is for displaying the seat number even when seats are filtered out

You can there change the Optimal selection of seats at match level. Explanations are provided directly in the tooltip. Seats with the warmer color are those with the smallest value (please refer to List blocks above)
Note : the "Shift" button is the one just below Caps Lock 
d) Save / Propagate Anchor Save / Propagate Save / Propagate 
The Save button will save and apply the changes you have done on this match. If you select Propagate, you will be able to select several matches among the same Competition on which you will apply the changes you just did. This gives you the ability to mass change elements.

Please use the propagate function with caution! Indeed, this function will not just copy the values for the attributes that are being saved but will copy all attributes of the modified seats, including seat category, contingent, frozen, etc. For example, if you modify the seat category of a seat and want to propagate it to another performance/match in which some other attribute, like the contingent, is different, it will take all the values of the modified seat and override all the values of that seat in the selected performances/matches. |
e) Filter Anchor Filter Filter 
The filter screen gives you the ability to apply some filtering. Filters will activate or deactivate the seats on your screen. You will not be able to select any seats that are out your filters.
Note : as usual keyboard shortcuts apply on the seatmap, applying filters and pressing Ctrl + A on your keyboard will select all the seats following your filters rules.
Filters apply from the top left hand corner to the bottom right hand corner. (first the block then the category. so if there are no seats of the selected category in the selected block, there are no seat active).
While on the seatmap, filters will apply as long as you keep them and the little box is ticked
. Untick it and filter will no longer apply.
On filter screen, you can add or remove filters from the list using 
Statistics field 
allows you to change the view inside the filter screen in order to have figures related to Free seats or Sold seats for example.
f) Search Anchor Search Search 
Name, With the Search button, you can be automatically directed to the seats of the chosen element. You can search for Area, Block, Row, file numberbut also for Contact or File number.

Add matching seat categories of the new logical configuration to all activity profiles : if your new logical configuration is using different seat categories than the initial one, those new seat categories will be added into all your activity profiles so the categories will be authorized on all sales channels.
