By default, SECUTIX guarantees to each client a combined base access rate across all client’s Ticketshops measured in ACS (see glossary below). However, in certain cases such as peak periods or high-intensity sales, this standard access rate might be insufficient to meet the client’s business needs.

PEAKPROTECTPEAK PROTECT+ pack is SECUTIX's solution tailored to address these requirements for clients running S360 platform on a shared slot. This package is structured as a base package sold on a yearly basis, with the option to further enhance the access rate with a MAX option, available on a per-sale event basis.

PEAKPROTECTPEAK PROTECT+ Scope of Service

The PEAKPROTECTPEAK PROTECT+ base package is designed to support a greater number of concurrent users on ticket shop portals, both on a permanent basis and during pre-scheduled sales, at an accelerated rate. Specifically, it includes:

Any client using S360 platform is eligible for PEAKPROTECTPEAK PROTECT+ Base Package.

Should SECUTIX fail to achieve or sustain the base or boosted rates as described during a sale, the client is entitled to a refund equivalent to the monthly base package fee.

Only clients who have purchased PEAKPROTECTPEAK PROTECT+ Base package are eligible for the MAX option.
