New parameters are available at level Visit Pass with Guide, operator could add some default margin before and after a visit group.
Once defined margins for visit pass, when selling this Visit pass, the margins are filled by default, operator could modify it if needed.
And the guide when configuring a visit pass with guides. Operators can define default before and after margins to ensure that the planification of guides is done taking into account the necessary time between visits i.e, to switch visit sites .
The configured default margins are used when booking or selling a visit. The operator can override them, if needed.
The guide, who is assigned to this visit group, will be display displayed in yellow as ("Not available due to margin restriction") for the next visit group within the margin.
However, operator could any time this indication is not strict and operators can still assign this guide to the Visit that visit group, if needed.
