Performing refunds by bank transfer means you need to have the IBAN number of your contacts. Your contacts can now save their IBAN number autonomously on their online account. |
Solution
From the profile page, your customers can now enter or edit their IBAN accout informations. This new possibility will give more autonomy to your customers, this can save a lot of time to your operators especially if you proceed refunds by bank transfer.
Getting started
From the institution context >> Organisations >> Open your organisation >> select screen configuration >> select if you want to make those new fields visible, optional or mandatory on the form you want.
