    Summary

Your B2B customers are purchasing several variety products that can go from events to visit passes or services that they share with contacts within the company thanks the distribution feature available in the B2B portals. Once the new distribution feature is active they will increase their efficency while doing the same tasks in less time.

    Problem / Solution

The current distribution process forces the user to distribute tickets products by products which can be quite time consuming and repetitive when you need to distribute several products to the same contacts. A known exemple would be the case when you need to distribute a ticket for an event and a parking ticket. With the new distribution you distribute all the tickets to the corresponding contact in one step.

On the second step of the distribution process, you don't need to enter the firstname and lastname anymore, you can now send the tickets with the email address only.
