The new version of SecuTix, Dufour V4, is a continuation of the previous version, Dufour V3. The new reporting tool has matured with 12 new fields covered. In addition, considerable work has been done to stabilise and optimise the application. In terms of sales, two novelties have emerged. At the ticket window, a calendar of visits and passes allows you to better respond to customers' demands quickly and thus offer them the slot that suits them. Last but not least, you can now offer cancellation insurance to customers, both at the ticket shop and at the ticket window or back office.
Cancellation insurance
Thanks to the new cancellation insurance, you offer a reassuring experience to your customers. Allow them to make their purchases in peace: their tickets are covered and will be refunded should the unexpected occur. In addition, earn a commission on each insured purchase.
Your visits of the week
View your week of visits in an instant. The selection screen of visits and passes was completely redesigned. You can view a full week as a calendar to offer your customers the date that best suits them.
