In the "supervisory" context of the ELCADMIN institution, institutional management screens have been changed to correspond to the new pricing model. The concepts of "product level", "industry" and "pack" are introduced, along with the calculation of "sales" and "e-sales".

Creation of an institution

"Produit& Packs" tab

On the institution modification and creation screens, a new tab is added to the "General" screen to enter the product, main industry and any secondary industries, and packs. Note that the product families resulting from selecting the industries are displayed for information purposes.

"

Limited'utilisation

Restricted use" screen

The "Limited'utilisationrestricted use" screen defines alert thresholds for the various pricing items, namely the number of packs/industries, the number of users and the number of organisations. These thresholds are used in the list of institutions to indicate potential overruns. On creation, the default values are automatically completed. However, it is possible to change them if, for instance, a particular contract stipulates a different limit. Lastly, the "Starting invoicing period" field is used to determine the period for calculation of "sales" and "e-sales".

List of institutions

The ELCADMIN list of institutions has been enriched with new columns, display filters and new actions.

Columns

  • Product: Product selected (power, advanced, ultimate).
  • Industry: Main industry. The "++" extension indicates that there are also secondary industries. The "tooltip" lists the industries in question.
  • Packs (star): Number of packs selected. The "tooltip" lists the packs in question.
  • Utilisateurs (star): Number of users (excluding SecuTix users).
  • Organizations (star): Number of organizations. Note that this number is calculated to exclude the "équivalent à l'institution" organisation when there is more than one organisation, namely Max(1, #org – 1).
  • Sales: Number of items sold in the current period. For example, 21/12/2015, if the billing period starts on 06/10, the current period runs from 06/10/2015 to 05/10/2016.
  • E-sales (%): Percentage of items sold online or at a terminal, i.e. without requiring an operator.
  • N-1 sales: The same as "Sales" but for the previous period, i.e. from 06/10/2014 to 05/10/2015 in the foregoing example.
  • N-1 e-sales (%): The same as "E-sales" but for the previous period.
  • Period end: End date of the current period.Update: Date of update of figures in the "Sales" and "E-sales" columns. They are updated manually using the "Sales update" button.

(star) These columns are shown in red if the value exceeds the limit set for this institution, and in blue if the value exceeds the default limit but is below the limit for this institution. Note that the limit for an institution is usually greater than the default limit. This display quickly separates "abnormal" (red) values from "exceptional but normal" values for a given contract (in blue).

Filters

The "product", "industries" and "packs" filters have been added in order to show institutions of the same type and see which institutions use a particular product or pack.

Bouton "Sales update"

This button launches the calculation of sales and e-sales for the institutions selected. Note that the "update" column indicates the date of the last update.

"Export excel" button

The "Export excel" button generates an Excel file with all institutions in the list. The columns are the same as on the screen itself (see description above), except for the following columns:

  • Industry: Main industry only.
  • [Name of an industry]: Value 0 or 1 indicating whether this industry is a (primary or secondary) industry of the institution.
  • [Name of a pack]: Value 0 or 1 indicating whether this pack is used by the institution.
E-sale: Absolute number of e-items (and not a percentage of the total articles).
