In Piz Bernina V3, the community management feature has been enhanced. Members of a community now have access to new product families. In addition, you can capture extra contact data when customers add new members to their community (friends/family).

Customising the friends and family contact input form
When customers add friends and family online, the system displays a form to capture contact data. You can now specify which fields you want that data to include.
Configuring fields for the friends and family input form
Access the input form for your organisation by clicking on Institution>> Institution >> Organisation and opening the organisation concerned. Navigate to the 'Screen configuration' menu where you can set up the input form 'Purchase on behalf of contact creation form'.
