Solution
A new contact criteria, named TED admin has been created that can be used to mark a structure as a TED admin. Any relay of a TED admin structure will be able to view all the catalogue made available on a given producer portal, regardless whether this structure is actually the producer of the events or products.

We recommend giving TED admin access rights to internal "producers" only, i.e., your own in-home entity. Indeed, while producer contacts also need to be granted access to specific producer portals, thus providing a 2nd safeguard, TED admins can view the data of the entire catalogue available on that portal, as configured through the activity and product profiles. |
Getting started
Assuming you already have a sales channel of type Producer/partner space configured (TED), included the configuration of the activity and product profiles defining which items of the catalogue to make available, here are the steps to follow to create a TED admin access. Click here to see how to configure a point of sales to use TED.
Create an all-seeing producer/partner and some relays
With great power comes great responsibilities. We thus recommend creating a dedicated producer (or partner) structure that will be used as an all-seeing producer and only adding as relays the people who should have access to the full data available in TED. In the contact criteria screen of that special producer, set the TED admin contact criteria.
Link your TED admin producer to the producer portal
In the point of sales configuration of your producer portal (TED), go the Authorized contacts screen and add your TED admin producer to the list.
Access TED with one of your relays
Access TED using the URL configured for that point of sales and with the credentials of one of the relays. The dashboard will list the entire catalogue made available on that sales channel through the activity and product profiles:

Technical limitation
Since Currently TED only supports the following product families:
- Events
- Competitions
- Visit passes
- Timeslot passes
- Open passes
Also, since TED admins will potentially have access to a very large number of catalogue items, for performance and load reasons, we have introduced a limit on the maximum number of items displayed in the dashboard. The user will be informed to refine the filters in order to view the items not displayed. By default, the limit is set to 1000 and can modified using the following key:
