For an upcoming performance, there are some sales seats being locked that make the end users unable to purchase these seats, until supporting team unlock them in the sales configuration seat map.
The seats are locked because of different reasons - in order to make it easy to manage them, new improvements have been adapted with following purposes:
- Supporting team can unlock seats directly from Institution context.
- Have more information on the lock seats (Seat details, Order contact) in order to prevent the case happens again afterward
Unlock seats from Institution context
The idea of unlocking seats does not change: abandon the orders that contains locked seats to make them available again for sales (access in Institution - Tools - Support - List orders).
Abandon orders at Institution context is already supported. To search only orders concerning locked seats, a new filter is created:
*Abandon orders is only visible in support mode by enabling special cookie

- Seat details: block - row - seats numbers (if total of seats is more than 10, display as a tool-tip)
