New parameters are available when configuring a visit pass with guides. Operators can define default before and after margins to ensure that the planification of guides is done taking into account the necessary time between visits - for example to switch visit sites -.
The configured default margins are used when booking or selling a visit. The operator can override them, if needed.
The guide, who is assigned to this visit group, will be displayed in yellow ("Not available due to margin restriction") for the next visit group within the margin.
However, this indication is not strict and operators can still assign this guide to that visit group, if needed.
