  • COVID HELP A new batch allows you to send automatic email notifications when refund payments are processed manually through the refund/exchange basket or from the credit note account management screen, depending on the payment method. Read more
  • COVID HELP Mass-refund of matches in season ticket is now computing the fraction of the season ticket price to refund
  • VAT amounts mentioned on documents take now into account the VAT rate of each price component (if price breakdown has been defined)
  • Save some setup time with the possibility to copy tariffs from one season to another.
  • Structure information linked to the distributor relay can now be mentioned in the email received by customer when tickets are distributed to them in the distribution portal.
  • Inside document templates (file summary, invoices, etc.), matches are now sorted by their match day instead of the default chronological order.
  • A max number of characters accepted in the value of each custom variable can be defined by custom variable. Read more
  • The order digital signature is now available for our German customers (in order to comply with Kassensicherungsverordnung)

Reporting

  • New filter using relative dates (last n days/weeks/months), particularly useful for scheduled reports, is now available in attendance reports (based on entrance date) and in visit planning reports (based on visit date).
