Sending SMS campaigns with SAM
You can use the new SMS communication fully integrated within SAM. You can fully drive your SMS campaigns from SAM just like you already do for emails. This opens a lot of new possiblities especially on the side of marketing automation as you will be able set recurrent SMS message to your contacts before an event for exemple. Or send an a last minute SMS to inform your contacts that there is still some tickets available or that an event has been canceled.
