For an artist or group of artists, who are having a series of concerts, in different cities, countries or locations, new concepts Tour and Artist are introduced from Gabelhorn V1 for managing this business.
Main workflow:
- Configuration:
- New possibility to configure Artists.
- New possibility to configure Tours of an Artist.
- Define the events or passes belonging to a Tour, with filter by Artist.
- Define the way to display Tours in the Landing Page through Page Section.
- Online Sale:
- Tour is displayed on Landing Page
- New Tour Page - give internet user an overview of the Tour and easily pick a suitable date to buy tickets
Configuration
A new menu "Artist" is available allowing the organization to create Artists:
A new menu "Tour" is available allowing the organization to create Tours for their artists.
And then, the organization creates an event and links this event to the Tour, Tour selection is easier with the filter by Artist:
Define how Tours are displayed on Landing Page of the sales channel:

Tours are displayed on Landing Page based on how operator configured above.
Opening a Tour, all shows are displayed, and filters are available to let internet user buy tickets suit their dates:
