Breithorn V3 Release Notes

Major features

Introducing a mandatory online check in case of Offline activation date update

If you opt for Offline Activation, and wish to postpone the unveiling of the QR code until closer to your event, you may adjust the actual offline activation date via the back-office.
Previously, different real activation time were visible depending on the spectators online presence.

Minimize the number of emails sent to your spectators for bulk ticket actions

To streamline communication and enhance the user experience, we’ve introduced an email consolidation feature for bulk ticket actions (transfer/accept/reject/cancel). Organizers now have the flexibility to send a singular email for grouped ticket actions, reducing email clutter and providing a succinct overview of transactions.

Slow down black-market by preventing scalpers to assign or transfer tickets

Previously, while we can identify spectators or scalpers holding an implausible quantity of tickets, we were unable to inhibit the transfer of these tickets to secondary purchasers, aside from manually deleting these tickets. We have now introduced a new feature, allowing you to lock (and unlock) spectators preventing them to do specific actions from the mobile wallet (branded app only).

Back-office

Events

Default time for time-based activation methods

Previously, when an organizer used offline activation for a ticket but did not set an activation time in the template used for injection, no activation time was set, and the ticket did not get activated. With this release, if an activation time is not set during injection, a default time will automatically be applied

Support page

Tickets in "Transfer Pending" Status are now visible in the Support Page

Organizers can now easily locate and view the tickets of the sender or the recipient directly from the Support page screen. As of now, spectator's tickets are shown in the Tickets section.

Tickets

Export tickets contains now the last active time of the spectator

In case you updated an event, it's essential to establish whether spectators were online to obtain the refreshed data, enforcing the security of an event. We have now included the Last Active Time in the Tickets export CSV file.

Improved display of Controlled date in Ticket Status History

Ticket status history now reflects the genuine controlled time from the Access Control System in the additional information column, while the system date contains the date and time when the Controlled status was processed by TIXNGO.

Ticket check secondary activation informations are now sent to S-360

To better cater to the evolving needs of both S-360 & TIXNGO systems, and in alignment with the primary and secondary activation capabilities, we've updated the feedback interface depending on the use cases.

Spectators

Search spectators by app version and browse spectator devices

By using the App Version filter, you can now retrieve the list of spectators, who have at least one device, in the provided app version.

Mobile logs

Mobile logs now includes System & Mobile time

To streamline troubleshooting and mitigate potential misunderstandings, mobile logs have been enhanced to encompass both System and Mobile time.

Screenshots & Screen recording are now recorded in the mobile logs

To provide better monitoring & support capabilities during high-attendance events, regardless of whether the 'Protect screenshot and screen recording' feature is enabled or disabled, a log record will be captured when a user takes a screenshot or records a video.

Mobile

New features

Intelligent email spell check validation (mobile transfer)

Email addresses are crucial to the ticket transfer process, good news for our mobile app users, we're excited to roll out an innovative email validation feature. If you happen to type something that closely resembles "gmail.com" or another well-known domain but with a minor mistake, our mobile app will gently hint at the likely correct version.

Screenshot Protection enhancement for iOS

Previously, on iOS when a screenshot was taken from Ticket details post-activation, only the QR code was truncated. After this release, when screenshot protection is enabled, any attempt by a user to take a screenshot or record a video within the app will result in capturing a complete black screen.

Redesign

Redesigned Home Screen

Our revamped design not only amps up the visual appeal but also guarantees a seamless navigation experience, allowing spectators to effortlessly explore all the event highlights with just a tap.

Transfer center

Saying goodbye to hidden transfer management from the previous version and introducing a new transfer center conveniently accessible with just one click from the bottom menu. This center promises a more intuitive and visible way to manage spectator's ticket transfer.

Unified pop-ups

We've addressed an existing issue where various pop-up and dialogue interfaces lacked a cohesive look. We've now implemented a uniform standard for these displays to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience.
