Enhanced Cancellation Insurance UI and Functionality

The 'Cancellation Insurance' modal, present during the ticket purchase process in the checkout step of a ticket shop, has received an UI enhancement and expanded feature capability. Now, the operator can configure the modal to explicitly prompt the user to choose whether to opt for cancellation insurance.

Relay collaboration for distribution tools

Is the relay managing tickets for a structure unavailable (holidays, sick leave, etc.)? One of his/her colleague can now step in and act on his/her behalf. In the main distribution screen, relays can now act on the tickets of their fellow relays of the same structure.

A new fixed seat season ticket for live entertainment (Fest Abo)

S-360 already provides the possibility for a season ticket holder to keep the same seat across the whole season if all the performances contained in the season ticket use the same logical configuration. The Fest Abo pushes the "fixed seat" logic one step further by guaranteeing the same seat across several logical configurations belonging to the same physical configuration. This new logic has also been implemented in the season ticket renewal process and the management of the preferred seat.

Access control warnings on the seat map

You enjoy the "controlled ticket" view of the seat map for monitoring access control? You can now configure that view to trigger warnings when access control numbers drop suspiciously.

Campaign metrics added to campaign screen

Secutix now allows users to consult many of the metrics for their email campaigns right in the campaign screen itself.  This allows users to easily compare the effectiveness across different campaigns, and now, with the recent ability to view campaigns from different seasons together in the campaign screen, to compare across seasons as well.

Advantage prices: choose when to display them in the purchase journey

Until now, advantage prices were displayed first on Ticket Shop. From now on, you have the possibility to disable this feature by unsetting the point of sale parameter "Always display advantage prices first". If you want to continue displaying the advantage prices first, you have nothing to do.

Gather consent on behalf of your promoters or event organisers

SecuTix provides a new feature allowing you to gather opt-ins on behalf of event organisers you are working with. After collection of opt-ins, you send the list of contacts having given their consent to the concerned event organiser. This event organiser will be in charge of sending the newsletters and providing an opt-out feature.

Print or reprint a ticket from the seat map

A customer forgot to bring his ticket when joining the venue on the event day? No worries, you will now be able to reprint the ticket in a much more efficient way. From the seat map, just select the seat (using the already existing filtering features if needed) and right-click on it. Two new options are available: Print or reprint the ticket..

Use tariff custom variables on ticket template

Custom variables defined at the tariff level can now be used within a ticket template. Note that if the same custom variable is used both at product level and tariff level, the value of the latter will override that of the former in the template.

File list: Search files over a period longer than one day

In order to ensure short response times, the file search was restricted to a period of one day (date of creation or date of last modification of a file). The constraints on search criteria have been reviewed in order to provide you more flexibility, and it will be possible to search on several days in some conditions.
