Zumstein V1 Release Notes Highlights
Major features
New reports available in the back-office
After setting aside the 'Analytics' features of TIXNGO for way too long, we are pleased to introduce two new reports :
Tickets injection monthly report
Event ticket ownership report
Downloads screen
With the increasing usage of the platform, we noticed that exporting large CSV files was suboptimal. In response, TIXNGO has developed a new feature to address these challenges. The goals are: improved performance, enhanced user experience, reduce support complaints and minimized support load.
Configure a unique visual that will be revealed on the day of the event after ticket activation
This new feature allows the organizers to create a special visual design that will be revealed on the day of the event. This unique visual will only appear on the ticket screen within our app, making it a dynamic and engaging way to distinguish fake apps or ticket screenshots.

Back-office
Optimization of the feedback interface
In May 2023, the "lightPayload" parameter was introduced to enhance data retrieval efficiency from the S-360 feedback interface by removing legacy status and history object from data returned to S-360.
We have taken this a step further by effectively utilizing this parameter, thereby further optimizing the volume of data returned to the feedback interface, by narrowing down to what is actually used in S-360. Currently, by setting the custom parameter additionalDiffParameters=lightPayload=true, only relevant data to S-360 will be returned to the feedback interface improving performances of both systems.
New flexibility for Mobile Features configuration in the back-office
In the past, enabling or disabling specific functionalities often required a new build of the application. This process was not only time-consuming and labor-intensive but also presented challenges in tracking which app version included specific features.
Most critically, this system did not allow for quick adjustments during live events, such as tournaments, where the ability to swiftly enable or disable features could be crucial.
We've made significant enhancements to the search functionality on the Mobile Logs screen:
- Updated Search Mechanism: Back-office will now display results exclusively upon clicking the 'Search' button.
- Refined Search Parameters
We're enhancing the user interface to clearly differentiate between CSV-based and manual campaigns. This simplification will streamline the campaign creation process, making it more intuitive and efficient for organizers.
Progressive roll-out of new Search & Export behaviour
To optimize system performance and increase user control over the search, the back-office will now load results only when the 'Search' button is clicked. This change removes the automatic loading of the initial 20 items, aligning with user preferences for more deliberate searches.
Ticket list screen improvements
We have upgraded our search strategy for the Ticket List :
- New search behaviour
- Enhanced the search results precision and relevance
- Simplified 'Event' selection with the merge of redundant criteria 'Event ID' and 'Event Name' into a single user-friendly dropdown list.
- New 'Spectator email' search field
New search control for Spectator email
We've implemented an intuitive improvement to the spectator email search functionality. Now, as you begin typing a user's email address, the system will automatically start searching for spectator emails that match the characters entered, beginning with just the first three characters. The more characters you type, the more refined and accurate the search results will be.
Events screen improvements
We slightly adapted the Search criteria available in the Events screen by :
- merging the redundant criteria 'Event ID' and 'Event Name' into a single user-friendly dropdown list.
- increasing the size of both Event and Event Group fields
Edit Event > New behaviour and UX for "Activation Rules"
A new 'Edit' icon has been added for activation rules, to provide a more intuitive and controlled way of managing activation rules, ensuring that changes are precise and limited to the intended scope.
New search critierias in Campaigns screen
In our continuous effort to enhance back-office user experience and increase adoption, we are glad to introduce new search criteria within Campaigns list screen.
Configure the available gender options from the Registration settings
In today's diverse world, inclusivity and respect for personal identity in data collection are not just ethical imperatives but essential components of effective and responsible practices. We have now introduce the ability to select two new additional values (Other, Prefer not to say) that can be collected for Spectator's gender.
Mobile
Minimalistic banners for My Tickets screen
Currently, when spectators launch the app, they are greeted with an overwhelming amount of information. Our goal is to adapt the layout to prevent information overload without compromising the delivery of crucial details, targeting the 'orange' banners invitating spectators to enable bluetooth and/or transfer tickets.
New UX for the "Main" menu and subsequent screens
In our ongoing mission to enhance the user experience on our Mobile Wallet, we are excited to announce the latest improvements targeting the "Main" menu and its associated screens. This update is built on top of the Mobile improvements introduced in Breithorn V3.
New "Support details" screen for Enhanced On-Site Operations
To simplify on-site operations and provide a better support experience for spectators, we are proud to release the new 'Support Details' screen. This feature is designed to display essential information about the spectators at a glance, including a QR code linked to their email address.
New UI/UX to support pagination / load more history to remove limit of 50 tickets from Transfer History
Understanding the importance of seamless access to transfers history, that is now more visible than ever before with the new Transfers Center, we have introduced a new UI/UX enhancement that supports pagination and 'load more' functionality. This update effectively removes the previous historical limit of displaying only 50 tickets in the Transfer History section.
Enhanced Email Domain Validation
We have significantly expanded our list of recognized email domains. This extensive update is meticulously designed to cover the vast majority of email domains used globally. By implementing this broader domain validation, we expect a substantial decrease in validation errors, directly benefiting all organizers and spectators by ensuring a more inclusive and error-free experience.
Initiate transfer from the Transfers Center
We've streamlined ticket transfer process by introducing a direct transfer accessible from the Transfer tab in the bottom menu. This allows for a quicker and more efficient way to initiate ticket transfers, especially when dealing with multiple tickets.
Lowering the number of notifications received when a ticket is transferred without Accept/Reject enabled
To enhance clarity and user experience, we've make sure that now, when the Accept/Reject feature is disabled, during a ticket transfer, the recipient will only receive a single notification. This change is aimed at eliminating any confusion and ensuring a clear understanding of the ticket transfer process.
