Enhanced Cancellation Insurance UI and Functionality
The 'Cancellation Insurance' modal, present during the ticket purchase process in the checkout step of a ticket shop, has received an UI enhancement and expanded feature capability. Now, the operator can configure the modal to explicitly prompt the user to choose whether to opt for cancellation insurance.
Relay collaboration for distribution tools
Is the relay managing tickets for a structure unavailable (holidays, sick leave, etc.)? One of his/her colleague can now step in and act on his/her behalf. In the main distribution screen, relays can now act on the tickets of their fellow relays of the same structure.

A new fixed seat season ticket for live entertainment (Fest Abo)
S-360 already provides the possibility for a season ticket holder to keep the same seat across the whole season if all the performances contained in the season ticket use the same logical configuration. The Fest Abo pushes the "fixed seat" logic one step further by guaranteeing the same seat across several logical configurations belonging to the same physical configuration. This new logic has also been implemented in the season ticket renewal process and the management of the preferred seat.
Access control warnings on the seat map
You enjoy the "controlled ticket" view of the seat map for monitoring access control? You can now configure that view to trigger warnings when access control numbers drop suspiciously.

Campaign metrics added to campaign screen
Secutix now allows users to consult many of the metrics for their email campaigns right in the campaign screen itself. This allows users to easily compare the effectiveness across different campaigns, and now, with the recent ability to view campaigns from different seasons together in the campaign screen, to compare across seasons as well.

Queue page
Remaining time display threshold
The threshold after which the remaining time is displayed on the queue page can be configured from the admin tool. Set to 15 minutes by default, this value can be adjusted or left empty to display the remaining time systematically.

Scheduled waiting queue purge
It is now possible to schedule the purge of the queue on top of the opening and closing schedules of the waiting room.
Time zone management
When operating queues in different time zones, a time zone can be configured to define the time zone of operation of a queue, which will be taken into account to display the scheduled times of operation.
