Note: the creation of topics and sub-topics requires action in the Institution & Organization contexts

Topics & sub-topics are an optional configuration to further qualify and classify products in the catalog. Topics & sub-topics can be visible in the ticketshop to ease filtering by customers.

Step 1 => Create Topics (Institution level)

Step 2 => Create sub-topics (Organisation level)

Step 3 => Associate the product to a sub-topic/sub-grouping
