This service supports the import of existing single entries. They will be imported as real sales, so that they can be exchanged, reimbursed, etc.

Historical single entries can also be imported using this service although we recommend using the import of these with contact criteria.

Prerequisites

To be able to import season tickets, you need following tasks to be finished:

  • For non-anonymous sales, the contacts must have been created or imported
  • The seaons must exist
  • The performances must be configured; especially, the event code will be used in the import file
  • The tariffs must be configured. They must be valid for Occasional contact and any invited audience category and for the given season.
  • The VAT rates must be defined for the full period covered by imported data
  • The seatmaps, if any, must be configured and a mapping table between old seat maps and new seat maps must be established
  • The contingents must be configured
  • A ticket is printed by another system that can’t be reprinted in SECUTIX after migration, and its kind is THIRD_PARTY.

If the tickets need to be reprinted in such a case, the operator must create a duplicated ticket.

File format for Single Entry

The generic file format is described in Generic file format (Extended). The document describes all available import fields is in Single Entry import file formats.
