    BOT PROTECT Performance Pack Description

    Overview of the Package

    SECUTIX has partnered with DataDome (https://datadome.co ) to offer our clients the best solution in terms of Bot* Protection. By choosing this pack, all the client’s SECUTIX ticketshops will benefit from DataDome’s advanced Bot Protection mechanism during the subscribed period. In addition, the client will be given a read-only access to DataDome’s backoffice, providing them with real-time and reporting views on the threats detected and the mitigation measures taken in response.

    The package is available in two flavours:

    • BOT PROTECT 365: a year-round 24/7 coverage of all the client’s Ticketshops

    • BOT PROTECT ONE: a time-limited protection to cover a single event of maximum 1-month duration

    BOT PROTECT Common scope

    All flavours of the BOT PROTECT package include:

    • DataDome protection in front of all the client’s SECUTIX Ticketshops

    • Access to the DataDome backoffice for up to five users on the client side. This access can only be provided to customers hosting the Ticketshops on their own domain (not secutix.com)

    The protection will be applied for all the client’s SECUTIX Ticketshops. In general, it will not be possible to only protect a subset of the client’s SECUTIX ticketshops. Currently, SECUTIX backoffice protection is not included in the scope.

    To avoid any impact of the protection on the client employees or third parties working on the client’s web portals, it is recommended that the client provides SECUTIX with the network ranges used by the said parties so these can be whitelisted in the DataDome backoffice.

    In addition, it is the client’s responsibility to communicate to SECUTIX any third-party tools they may be using in connection with the SECUTIX Ticketshops, so they can also be whitelisted. This is to avoid the protection breaking any existing integrations SECUTIX may not be aware of. As an example, web portal monitoring tools may be blocked by the protection if not identified as good actors.

    It is the client’s responsibility to advise SECUTIX when a given user’s backoffice access should be revoked, for example when leaving employment.

    The client can request support to help analyse a threat or prepare for an event identified as at risk. These requests fall within the usual SECUTIX support process.

    BOT PROTECT 365 Scope of Service

    The BOT PROTECT PACK 365 provides year-round protection for all the client’s Ticketshops.

    It is offered in several sizes to best cover a client's needs. Each size specifies a maximum number of HTTP requests that are included in the base package. In the case that a client exceeds this usage, SECUTIX will invoice an additional amount per extra million requests handled by the protection layer.

    BOT PROTECT ONE Scope of Service

    The BOT PROTECT ONE provides protection for a consecutive period of maximum 1 month, to cover a single event or sale. All the client’s Ticketshops will be protected by DataDome during this period.

    The BOT PROTECT ONE protection includes 100M requests for the covered period. Additional requests will be billed per million.
