Contact classification
With SecuTix you can manage the different types of contacts. Each type can play a different role. On this page, you can learn about the different roles available in SecuTix.
Types of contacts:
The main difference in the contacts lies in:
- Individual: An Individual Person
- Structure: A Company
There are also other types of contacts that fulfil the specific needs of the market:
- Guide: a contact available on the interfaces of the module ‘Resources’, where guides are assigned.
- Supplier: a contact available on the interfaces of the module ‘Goods’, where a supplier is selected.
- Partner: a contact that has a contract with the organization within an agreement of sales.
- Producer: a contact that can be associated with an event as a producer and can access the sales information of your events.
- Support: a contact with access to the personal accounts of the clients. The purpose of this is carrying out support verifications of their personal areas.
Contacts roles:
Different connections can be established among the contact files depending on their contact role in the organization.
- Public individual: a natural person with no relation with other contact type.
- Individual subsidiary of a parent individual: binding relationship between two individuals.
- Rely individual of a structure: a natural person who serves as contact point for a legal person.
- Individual member of a structure: a natural person identified as workforce of a legal person.
- Public structure: file of the legal person that gathers the historicals of different individuals associated with it.
- Structure subsidiary of a mother structure: binding relationship between two structures.
