Distinction between pay a reservation and cancel a reservation online
A new point-of-sales parameter is added so you can decide if reservation can be paid and cancelled online or paid only.
This new level of granularity in the point-of-sales configuration will let you roll-out sales channels on which cancellation of reservation will not be possible anymore.
Highlight
The new configuration option is available for the following sales channels :
- B2C
- B2B
- B2B2C
Allow payment and cancellation
Allow payment only
Getting started
Go to the corresponding point of sale >> Tab Internet Parameters >> configure the new option as you want :
- None
- Both (cancelation and payment are enable)
- Payment only (the reservation can only be paid, no cancellation)
