Box Office - Display subscription status in seat map (ST 1103)

When selling ticket via the Box Office it may be interesting to see which seats are already sold as part of a Season Ticket.

For this reason, we added different ways to get a seat status related to the Season Ticket

Seat Map hovering

When hovering over a particular seat you already get an information popup giving all relevant information to this seat for a particular performance. We added specific information related to Season Tickets

You can now get the related Season Ticket package name under the "Composed product" line

View Mode

When viewing the seat map in view you can highlight the seats linked to a Season Ticket via color configuration.

For this you need to specify colors for the "Composed products" modes in the color configurator

You can then set the color mode to "Composed products" and you will see the seats highlighted in that way

• If the seat has been sold or reserved and belongs to a Season Ticket : the seat will be display with the “Composed product” - "Inside composed products" color
• If the seat has been sold or reserved but does not belong to a Season Ticket : the seat will be display with the “Composed product” - "Outside composed products" color
• In all other cases the seat will be displayed with the “Composed product” - "Free" color

This is also valid for the print seat map view with a summary of the various seat states
