Pre-requisite: have an online sales channel configured

Aim: this functionality enables a back office operator to log in any ticketshop on behalf of any customer. The goal is to be able to see what a given customer can see once logged in. This is of great help for any customer care service to provide assistance to customers who have difficulties to find what they need on the ticketshop.
