Enhanced stability and efficiency in the back-office are now achieved through default read-only database usage for basic listing/searching and viewing actions. This transparent change significantly reduces timeout errors during spectator and ticket searches and allows for real-time updates to tickets and events, ensuring a smoother and more reliable operation.

Prevent "LOCKED" spectator from logging out of TIXNGO Wallet

Small addition to the “Spectator freeze" feature. Once you lock a spectator, you will also prevent them to logout from the mobile app.

• As soon as a spectator is LOCKED from the Back-Office, the LOGOUT button will disappear from the burger menu, preventing him to log out anymore.

• As soon as a spectator is UNLOCKED from the Back-Office, the LOGOUT button will re-appear from the burger menu, allowing him to log out again.
